1955 Porsche 356 Continental Coupe

Since my first restoration project in 1977 – a 1955 Porsche 356 Continental coupe – I have dedicated much of my free time to machines with four and two wheels. These activities included everything from managing my own restoration projects to promoting vintage motorcycle races and everything in between. While running a successful design and marketing firm in the San Francisco bay area for over 25 years, I found myself becoming more involved in various automotive, racing and motorcycle related activities on a professional and personal level. I was having fun. It soon became apparent that I could apply many of the same project management and marketing skills to a hobby I thoroughly enjoy.

I have always appreciated the intrinsic and historical value of vintage automobiles and motorcycles above their monetary value. Fine automobiles and motorcycles are works of art and a passion more than an investment. And, although modern Formula One and MotoGP racing is exciting, there is nothing quite like seeing, hearing and experiencing automobiles and motorcycles from another era – before corporate sponsorships and sound restrictions.

My partners in business and the craftsmens I employ are as passionate about the hobby and sport as I am. My business practices have always been built on integrity, vision and a commitment to excellence. I approach each project as if I were doing it for myself and then go the extra mile to assure the client is satisfied. Ultimately, the partnership should be mutually successful and enjoyable for all parties. After all, this is supposed to be fun.
