At the initial meeting we will discuss the client's desires and expectations and develop a scope of work. Restoration management and racing preparation projects are reviewed in detail and a written report is provided to the client before any cost estimate is provided. Restorations often involve many unforeseen challenges that will ultimately affect schedule and budget.

Research and management services are billed on a time basis. Track preparation are billed on time and materials. Acquisition and representation services are billed as a percent of purchase or sale plus travel and per diem expenses (if any). Statements are provided bi-monthly and are completely detailed by scope of work, hours, materials, and contracted labor.
