With the exception of some rust corrosion and a poorly repaired hood, the rest of the car was surprisingly free of any body damage. The was no evidence of any prior accident other than a dent behind the drivers door. We removed nearly two pounds of metallized bondo from the hood that eventually revealed badly warped aluminum. Bruce Terry at Specialty Metal Fabrication worked the metal on the hood and removed small imperfections in the trunk lid as well.
